Southern Ranger – Patrol Vessel
The 22.1 metre Southern Ranger is the Super Fisheries patrol vessel designed by the team at Southerly Designs. The purpose built vessel is large, powerful and very fast. The Southern Ranger has a fuel efficient cruising speed of approximately 18 knots and a fuel capacity of 11,000 L. South Australian Fisheries have the ability to effectively traverse the vast area of coastal waters under their jurisdiction in no time. The vessel provides an impressive platform for the South Australian Fisheries to perform a range of operations with the capability of high speed and excellent seakeeping characteristics.
