Coral Snake: Special Action Forces Vessel
Launched in 1994, Coral Snake is a 20 metre Special Action Forces craft designed for the Australian Department of Defence. Responsible for a number of highly covert and successful operations, her design has proven to be a valuable asset to the Australian Army. With ample accommodation, space, and a full galley on board to serve her crew, she is well equipped for extended patrol duties. The fixed pitch propellers are each driven by a powerful marine diesel and means Coral Snake can achieve a sprint speed of 25 knots and cruise comfortably at 18 knots.
