Baywatch
At 7.0m long, Baywatch is powered by a pair of 150hp outboards pushing her to a speed of just under 40 knots. The vessel, operated by Marine Rescue Jurien Bay, is designed specifically to be able to be towed by a standard vehicle, allowing for Baywatch to be deployed by road to support rescue missions anywhere along the coast. The half cabin design is unique due to the composite canopy, providing both superior protection from the elements and allowing for the extensive suite of electronics to be mounted.
A sister ship for Marine Rescue Dampier has been constructed and entered service in late 2022.
